Catherine is the founder and principal of McMillan Migration. She originally comes from Newcastle in the North of England. Catherine migrated herself to Australia in 2001 and has held numerous Australian visas – working holiday visa, 457 sponsorship, permanent residency through the employer nominated scheme, and finally has been an Australian Citizen for many years.
Prior to founding McMillan Migration, Catherine worked as a dispute resolution lawyer both in London and Sydney. She has also worked in international legal search and recruitment where she specialised in the relocation and placement of lawyers and their families globally.
Having spent the last 10 years involved in the relocation of families internationally, Catherine established McMillan Migration in 2010 with the aim of providing a highly professional, personalised and cost effective solution for both businesses and individuals looking for assistance with their immigration requirements.
Catherine lives in Sydney’s Northern beaches with her Scottish husband and her three Australian born young daughters.
